LABUFANDA.IT SHIPPING POLICY

Please note that you will receive your order 5-7 business days from the day we ship it. For a delivery estimate, please see the shipping table below:

• If you place your order after 2pm Eastern Standard Time on Friday, or over the weekend (Saturday or Sunday), your order will be shipped the following business day. This applies to UPS 2-Day and Overnight expedited orders as well as those requesting UPS Ground and Standard service.
• After you place your order, we will send you an order confirmation via email.
• Please note that multiple item orders may result in split shipment based on stock availability. We will email tracking information when your order is fulfilled and shipped.

LABUFANDA.IT RETURN POLICY

La Bufanda will accept returns* for full-priced items purchased on labufanda.it to the original form of payment within 14 days of delivery date for a refund and 30 days from delivery date for store credit. Returns received after 30 days from delivery date will not be accepted. La Bufanda will not accept a return on merchandise that has been washed, worn, damaged after receipt, missing the original tags or otherwise altered. Return approval is at the discretion of our operations team and La Bufanda reserves the right to deny any return that does not comply with our policy. Denied returns will be shipped back to the customer.

*Sale merchandise is FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for return.

You will be refunded for the value of your returned item and tax. You will not be refunded original or return shipping costs.
